Intrival provides financial data, metrics, and intrinsic valuation models for informational and educational purposes only. Intrival OÜ is not a financial advisor, broker, or tax advisor. The valuations provided are based on mathematical formulas and historical data; they are not guarantees of future performance. All investment decisions, and any potential gains or losses resulting from them, are the sole responsibility of the user. We strongly recommend consulting with a certified financial professional before making investment decisions.

2. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the Intrival platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must cease use of the service immediately.

3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to subscribe to Intrival. By using this service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Subscription and Billing

• Recurring Billing: By subscribing, you authorize Intrival to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly) according to your selected plan.

• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance via the email associated with your account.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Access will continue until the end of your current paid billing period.

 
5. Intellectual Property and Use Restrictions
All content, data, proprietary valuation formulas, and software on Intrival are the property of Intrival OÜ.

• License: You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use.

• Prohibitions: You may not scrape, crawl, data-mine, copy, redistribute, or resell any data or formulas provided by Intrival without express written consent.

5.1. Limited Subscription License
Subject to your compliance with these Terms and your payment of all applicable fees, Intrival OÜ grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the dashboard data and generate white-label PDF reports for your personal or internal business use.
 
5.2. Authorized Use of Data and PDFs
 

• Dashboard & PDFs: You are permitted to use, present, and share the data and PDF reports with your own clients or stakeholders as part of your professional services.

• Condition of Access: This license is strictly contingent upon an active, paid subscription.
  
  * Termination of Rights: Upon the expiration or cancellation of your subscription, your license to access the dashboard and generate new reports terminates immediately. While you may retain PDF reports generated during an active subscription period, you may not use the Intrival platform or its live data models once the subscription is inactive.

5.3. Prohibited Use
Except as expressly permitted in Section 5.2, you may not:
 

• Use any automated system (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the dashboard.

• Resell the Intrival data as a standalone data product or use it to build a competing software platform.

 
6. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Intrival OÜ is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intrival OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or investment losses) arising out of your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tallinn, Estonia.
